This coaching program is designed to help you self-regulate your body's response to stress and develop resilience via the use of personalized coaching or mentorship and scientifically verified methods. You will learn things that will help you for the rest of your life and make you happier, more successful, and more satisfied in all parts of your life.
The course is offered by zoom for four consecutive weeks in one-hour sessions. At the end of each class, 15-30 minutes are allowed for questions.
